    MOISTURE CONTROL -
Before production, our raw materials are dried for several hours to eliminate moisture prior to extrusion, preventing brittleness.
    LASER PRECISION -
During production, the diameter of our filament is continuously monitored and controlled by laser measurement systems, minimizing the possibility of clogs.
    VACUUM SEALED -
After production, our spools are each vacuum sealed with a silica gel packet to keep moisture locked out.
    DEDICATION TO SERVICE -
All of our packages are personally inspected before being sent to distribution, ensuring our products are only sold after they meet our criteria.

    Dimensional Accuracy
    :
    +/- 0.03mm.
    Recommended PLA extrusion temperature:
    210°C - 220°C (410°F - 428°F).
    Keep the filament dry:
It is always a good practice to store the filament in an air-tight container with silica gel desiccant.
    Drying PLA filament:
If needed, the filament may be dried in an oven with well controlled temperature at 70-77C (158F-170F) for 4 hours or so.   Higher temperature is good for drying but will deform the filament.  if you are a maker, check this link out to make an affordable device to constant supply Of dry filament:

    Strengthen your PLA prints
: Proper heat treatment (annealing) of a 3D PLA print can improve its strength and sturdiness. Symmetrical 3D print has a higher success rate compared with asymmetrical print. The recommended annealing temperature is 75-77C (167-170F). The time required will depend on the size, structure and fill rate of the print. You will have to experiment to decide.
